\u201cMy name is Maja Pajek, I work at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of sport. My current position at the faculty is vice dean in charge of science and research. I am professor and lecturer on various subject at the Faculty of Sport, such as artistic gymnastics, the basics of movement and Pilates. I am a mentor for many doctoral and post-graduate students at the Faculty of sport. I also work very closely with Olympic Committee \u2013 Association of sport federation of Slovenia and the Slovenian sport as an expert in the field of sports for all and physical activity. I hold various positions in both organizations, and all of them are connected with the leadership. I would describe myself as tireless advocate of a healthy lifestyle (physical, mental, and intellectual).\u00a0 Sport represents important part of my life, as former athlete, coach, and instructor. I also chose my professional career in the field of sports. I have more than 25 years of working experience as lecturer, mentor and sports expert on different levels including management and leadership.
