“I was born and live in the North of Portugal. Curious, determined, and organized person who enjoys learning every day and work with young people. My watchword is “yesterday’s maximum is today’s minimum!”. I drive my life like a bicycle: to keep my balance I must be (always) in motion! I am a mother of two (a 22-year-old boy and a 24-year-old girl), a pet friend (I have a cat, Dora). Gardening and reading are my favourite leisure time activities. Professionally, I divide myself between management (currently I run the Centre for Sport Studies in Guimar\u00e3es), academic life (I’m a researcher at the Physics Centre of the University of Coimbra) and civic activity (women’s rights, culture, sport for all).I walk daily in the city parks, and at weekends in the mountains. This regular physical activity gives me the balance I need to inspire myself and inspire those around me.”<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
