The pandemic we are facing has been a wake up call for alot of people globally as people have been grounded and failed to live normal lives. We think that extreme conditions of the lockdown made us realise the importance of moving around. We need to make sure to find alternative ways to stay healthy and active. There are a lot of positive impacts of having an active lifestyle, but it has become even more noticible that physical activity improves mental health. We think that positive reinforcement on this topic is an advantage.<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We want to help people to find their own, favorite and best version of healthy. We have 18 young women from Slovenia and Zimbabwe participating in our project. We sent out a survey to meet our participants. Our next step is to prepare two questionnaires. One covers the topic of Health & Wellbeing & Education, the other one explores the experience of COVID-19 lockdown. When we’ll get the results, we want to enable intercultural exchange of personal experiences on the topic of the project via zoom calls.
