For centuries, women and girls have been segregated against in many areas of life including sports. The most effective way of dealing with any dilemma is by educating each other and coming up with relevant solutions and thus our project aims to shed light on the different aspects of inequality faced by women in sports in Slovenia and Namibia and how best we can bring change to the global sports society.<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Gender inequality has been an existing topic of discussion over the years and now is the time to come up with solutions to deplete the gap between men and women in sports. Despite the fact that European countries should have less problems with gender inequality there is still a lot of aspects which show us that women and men don\u2019t take the same place when we talk about sport on professional level or recreational level. Gender inequality exists in many places and countries including Namibia and Slovenia.<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The aim of this project is to study and analyze the organization of sports at school level, elite sports level and sports for all level in both Slovenia and Namibia. Another objective of the project is to educate different individuals in each other\u2019s countries (Slovenia & Namibia) about the difference in sports organization and inequality of women in sports. The final aim is to come up<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The method of obtaining the necessary data will be surveys conducted on hard copy. The target individuals will receive a link of a questionnaire, which will be created online, or a hard copy depending on which one is more accessible.
