In the 3 sessions held, about 25 people participated, of various age groups. In the final moments of each session, there was time to discuss issues that the participants were asking.\u00a0The organization of the sessions followed a logical order, allowing the interconnection between them.<\/span><\/p>

Through the feedback received by the participants I was able to conclude that everyone liked the initiative, the themes chosen and the way they were approached.\u00a0Although unexpected events have arisen, I take many positive aspects about the realization of the project. One of the positive aspects is the development of skills such as communication, time management and organization.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

With my project, I intend to inform people, mainly women, about the reality of gender equality in Portugal, addressing topics such as the benefits of sport for women and society, statistical data, gender stereotypes and strategies for change.<\/p>

My goals are to have a world with more equality and that my project can be applied in other clubs around the world!<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This project was divided in 3 awareness sessions, for 3 months (March, May and June), guided by four gender equality experts. \u00a0They were a psychology professor, a psychologist, a researcher and a specialist of the commission for citizenship and gender equality in Portugal (CIG).<\/p>
