Bringing together the entire cohort of mentees during the second and third mobilities will offer a context for activities which will develop skills, change attitudes and offer peer interactions – all of which can lead to positive behavioural changes for the mentees. Working together throughout this shared experience provides opportunities for the mentees to learn and grow collectively, facing challenges, tackling problems, reflecting on shared experiences, discussing goals, expectations, and ambitions. Furthermore, the project provides a safe environment for the mentees to explore new ways of thinking, facilitate sharing and can assist in mentees stimulating each other’ curiosity, growth and potential. Providing opportunities for sharing dreams, as well as concerns, can provide validation and generates a sense of belonging and mutual understanding.
